THE SHEPHERD

12-30-07 Brother Darrell Wellman

Lovingly , He leads His flock each day ,

Guiding their steps as they walk His way .

The weak He’ll carry next to His breast .

The tired can find in Him sweet rest .

Jesus is the great shepherd of His sheep .

They don’t have to fear . Their souls He’ll keep .

There is sweet comfort in knowing He is always there .

Whatever their trouble or sorrow , He will bear .

He is the friend who always cares for His sheep .

Each one who follows the true path , He will eternally keep !
