AT HIS FEET October 2nd 2005 Brother Darrell Wellman There is a special place I truly love to dwell . It is a beautiful place of strong refuge and comfort . It is the place of assurance and sweet peace . There is nothing like being at the feet of Jesus ! I love to worship at His feet ! Are you burdened down with trouble and care ? Are you lonely , and in need of a friend ? There’s a special place just for you ! It’s a sweet place , I strongly recommend . I ‘m talking about being at the feet of Jesus ! Oh what peace and joy can be found at His feet . I can leave all my problems at Jesus’ feet ! In Matthew 11 , He said : " Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden , and I will give you rest . Take my yoke upon you , and learn of me ; for I am meek and lowly in heart : and ye shall find rest unto your souls . For my yoke is easy , and my burden is light ." Psalm 55 : 22 says : " Cast thy burden upon the Lord , and he shall sustain thee : he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved ." What sweet words of instruction and comfort ! If you need salvation , God told us where to find it . Romans 10 : 9 says : " That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus , and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead , thou shalt be saved . " Fall down at the feet of Jesus ! Life was never meant to be handled alone . Jesus will carry all the trouble and care you face , if you’ll just give it all to Him . Jesus wants to be your best friend ! You’ll find all the help you need at His feet ! 1 Peter 5 : 7 says : " Casting all your care upon him ; for he careth for you . " Jesus loves you so much , and He wants to bless you at His feet ! Have you visited beautiful cities , or climbed majestic mountains ? Have you walked the shores of beautiful seas ? Though you’ve traveled the world , you’ve never been to a place more wonderful , and full of beauty than at His feet !
