Go Into the World
God has commissioned the Church to go
into all the world and give out the gospel of Jesus Christ. God loves sinners,
but not their sin. By the way, all have sinned and come short of the glory of
God. Yes we are all born with a sinful nature, we are sinners because we all
have the old Adamic nature.
God has given men and women an unique
opportunity to represent Him in this world. God could have used Angels or some
other creature for this most prestigious job, but He chose man.
Why would God trust man with
something so valuable is a mystery ?
Man has proven down thru past opportunities, that he is untrustworthy with even
the smallest of God’s news to man.
The greatest news that has ever been made known is :
the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, God’s only Son.
It is great, because this news tells how man can escape the
awful torments of a place called Hell, and the lake of fire.
The Gospel means, good news, and in the day in which we live,
we need good news. It’s good news because it is available to everyone. at no
cost. This package contains so many benefits that it could never be told.
How do I get this free gift, that entitles me to eternal life
? Well it is so simple that many think that there has to be more to it, but when
God looks at Calvary, and what His Son endured for the whole world, He sees it
as more than enough.
God’s plan of salvation for the whole world: “ That if thou
shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in heart, that God hath
raised Him from the dead, thou shall be saved.” { Rm. 10:9 } This is the
greatest news that has ever been told, and God has intrusted it to man.
Now the question is, are men making known the gospel, to the whole world ? If
not ! Then we’re disobedient to the command of God. We have a treasure to share,
so make it known to all men.
Tell how that Jesus died for the sins of the whole world, and
after three days and nights in the grave, He arose, and he is alive for
evermore. Jesus said, because I live, you can live also, because the same spirit
that raised Jesus, if it be in you, will also quicken your mortal body.
So you can see that men has an awesome responsibility to give
out the gospel to the whole world. It is not by works, but by grace thru faith
in Jesus Christ. Praise His Name!!! There is a lot of work to do, so we must get
busy, telling everyone about Jesus.
