THE HOUSE THAT GOD BUILT

"Wisdom hath builded her house , she hath hewn out her seven pillars : " [ Proverbs 9 : 1 ] I am thankful to be living in a house built by God ! This house was purchased at great cost , for it required the shedding of precious blood . There is a solid and perfectly level foundation supporting this house , which cannot be moved . Jesus is the strong foundation of this house . " For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid , which is Jesus Christ . " [ 1 Corinthians 3 : 11 ] The whole structure rests securely on Him ! Praise His dear and most righteous name !

I had to enter the house that God built through the door . This house has just one door , according to it’s perfect design . Jesus said in John 10 : 9 : " I am the door : by me if any man enter in , he shall be saved , and shall go in and out , and find pasture . " My life was changed completely when I passed through the door ! I am so thankful that door was opened for me and for all who want to enter ! Love constructed the walls of God’s house , and each stone fits perfectly together . " Ye also , as lively stones , are built up a spiritual house , an holy priesthood , to offer up spiritual sacrifices , acceptable to God by Jesus Christ ." [ 1 Peter 2 : 5 ] This house was built to last ! It is covered over and strongly protected by a roof called Grace . It is lighted by beautiful windows called Truth . You see this is no ordinary structure , for the church is the house God built . I’m not talking about a denomination , but the whole family of believers . Jesus is the architect , builder , and overseer ! He gave His life for it’s construction , and opened the door for those who want to come inside ! What a house God has built !
