Freedom is truly a special gift in my life from God . It is so easy to take this great blessing for granted . This freedom should be celebrated and cherished . It means so much to be free to worship God , and serve Him . Thank God that I can enjoy the precious gift of freedom , which I don’t want to take lightly !

       There is another kind of freedom , however , that is so precious and special . It is the freedom from the bondage of sin . Jesus died so that all who would , can experience this true freedom ! In John 3 : 16 it is stated that : " ... God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son , that whosoever believeth in him should not perish , but have everlasting life . " What an awesome blessing to be free from the death brought by sin ! " There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus , who walk not after the flesh , but after the Spirit " [ Romans 8: 1 ] Thank God I have no condemnation because of my relationship with my sweet Lord ! He gave me true freedom ! I don’t have any reason to be discouraged or defeated , for I have victory through Jesus Christ ! If you have this true freedom , you truly have reason to celebrate ! Only Jesus can bring true freedom !

      Are you truly free ? Possessions and earthly relationships can be great blessings , but they can’t bring true freedom . Jesus can give the sinner true freedom . He can pour so much joy and peace into the needy heart ! If you don’t know Him , believe today that He is God’s risen Son . Confess this knowledge publicly . In Jesus Christ true freedom can be found by all who will seek Him ! Thank God for true freedom !
