A CELEBRATION OF LIBERTY

I am so thankful to live in the land of liberty . It is a special gift from God that should be respected and guarded . " Righteousness exalteth a nation : but sin is a reproach to any people ."

[ Proverbs 14 : 34 ] As Christians , we ought to thank God for the wonderful freedoms He has richly given us . How wonderful it is to be able to worship God without facing the consequences of being taken to prison for our beliefs . Ministers have the liberty to preach the truth in our land . These are things we should celebrate , and never take for granted ! Praise God for liberty !

Jesus came into the world to bring liberty from sin . He is the true liberator ! Jesus said : " I am the door : by me if any man enter in , he shall be saved , and shall go in and out , and find pasture . The thief cometh not , but for to steal , and to kill , and to destroy : I am come that they might have life , and that they might have it more abundantly ." [ John 10 : 9-10 ] Jesus wants you to experience the joy of knowing Him , and liberty from sin ! He died to make us free !

Sin enslaves and paralyzes lives . Only by accepting Jesus into the heart can a person be set at liberty from the bondage of sin . " ... where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty . "[ 2 Corinthians 3 : 17 ] I’m so glad the sweet Holy Spirit brought liberty and such joy to my heart !
