THE LIGHT THAT WILL SHINE IN THE DARKNESS

In the beginning was the Word , and the Word was with God , and the Word was God . The same was in the beginning with God . All things were made by him ; and without him was not any thing made that was made . In him was life ; and the life was the light of men . " [ John 1 : 1-4 ] Jesus’ light shined so brightly into the world when He came in the flesh . People who were in darkness would be changed by the glorious light . Jesus beautiful light will still shine bright today through His dear children . God’s people need to hold out that light boldly for everyone to see . Thank God for the light that will shine through the thick darkness !

Recently I felt impressed to look upward . I’m so glad I did , for what I saw was such a blessing ! I saw the clouded darkness , but there was such a beautiful light that shone through . That reminded me that God is like that . In the darkest of circumstances His light will always shine through . Jesus is the light of my life . I should never allow discouragement , or fear to get a grip on me because I have His beautiful light in my heart . Whenever the dark clouds would move into your horizon , allow Jesus’ beautiful light to shine through . We can "... Walk as children of light : " [ Ephesians 5 : 8 ] if we have Jesus Christ ! I’m glad I don’t have to walk alone in darkness . I’ve got a powerful light that will pierce the blackest of nights ! This light has a name . It is Jesus , the light that will still shine in the darkness ! Praise Him for the light !
