A STRONG REFUGE FROM THE STORM "

God is our refuge and strength , a very present help in trouble . Therefore will not we fear , though the earth be removed , and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea ; " [ Psalm 46 : 1-2 ] What a powerful refuge from trouble ! Though serious trouble or sorrow comes your way , there is protection available from the storm . There is a refuge where you should flee . His name is Jesus , a true refuge from the storm ! " The name of the Lord is a strong tower : the righteous runneth into it , and is safe . "[ Proverbs 18 : 10 ] I’m so glad Jesus is my tower of protection from the enemy ! In Numbers 35 there were cities appointed where a person could flee for protection if they were the cause of an accidental death . Satan had me where he wanted me , and my judgment was already set . I could see a place of refuge however , so I decided to flee to the gate of salvation . Jesus carried me through the gate in His loving arms . Today , I’m still living in the city of His protection . He is my refuge from any storms I must face , so I don’t have to doubt or be afraid . I know I am weak , but my refuge is so strong ! Praise Jesus , He is my refuge !

Do you have a refuge from the storm ? Is there a place you can flee for true peace and rest ? Jesus said : " I am the door : by me if any man enter in , he shall be saved , and shall go in and out , and find pasture . The thief cometh not , but for to steal , and to kill , and to destroy : I am come that they might have life , and that they might have it more abundantly . " [ John 10 : 9-10 ] Believe today that Jesus is God’s risen son , if you haven’t accepted Him into your life . You will then need to make a public confession of this knowledge . You will find that you have a strong refuge to protect you from the storm !
