After Pentecost the church was flourishing and many were being saved....They were in one mind and one accord. Then someone let the devil in. (Anannis & Sapphira) the devil used deception, greed, and lying in an attempt to tare up the church.

The devil can do more damage within, than without. The world can do little to hurt the church. God sent immediate judgment upon Anannis & Sappharia, then great fear came upon the church. God took care of the devil before he could deceive any more. The wages of sin is death, this couple reaped the wages of sin. They died at the hand of God. There is a sin unto death. Once the Church was pure..Sin was not permitted..It was then that the Church had the most power. Just the shadow of the Apostles would bring healing. The Church cast out unclean (evil) spirits, and did many signs and wonders, and the church continued to grow.

The church is more than a Conquer through Jesus Christ, our Lord. We are One with Him. ."One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all." (Eph.4:6)

It was the mixed multitude that corrupted the Children of Israel’s relationship with God. Division must not be permitted to exist in the body of Christ. God loves harmony among His children, and want’s it to grow and flourish in the church.

Living in unity, does not mean that we will agree on everything, but we can agree to disagree in love. We must remember that we are lights in a dark world. Love will overcome any and every obstacle. Discord destroy’s relationships and drains the body of it’s energy and power with God.

It was David who said;[ Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass.] Psalms 37:5
