Jesus In Us

Bro. Lonnie April 26, 2009

Some people are real photogenic while others, regardless of the background, or the clothes worn, cannot take a good photograph.

Man portrays many different photos in life. We all have the opportunity to look good, if the right preparation is taken. You may say, how do I prepare?

Each of us portrays someone or something every day that we live, now it is imperative that our best image be seen, and that’s only possible if Christ is seen in us, Christ our hope of glory.

Our everyday goal should be to see others as Christ sees them, and that’s through the eyes of love.

We are ambassadors for Christ and that means we represent Him in this world. We may very well be the only picture of Christ that someone will ever see. It is so important that we look like a Christian, act like a Christian, and walk like a Christian, keeping in mind that precious souls are at stake. We must strive to make our first impression, a lasting impression.

When Christ was in this world, His priorities were directed toward saving those that were lost.

He was also known as the Messiah, "the King of glory. He was also known as the "Miracle Worker" demonstrating His mighty works of mercy and compassion, to all who would exercise faith. in Him. And lastly He is a "Friend of Sinners and Outcasts" Oh! the times that He has left the ninety and nine, for that one little lost lamb. Jesus is picture perfect, and if He is all, and in all, and He is, we will reflect His presence.
